“I was disappointed when they arrived as the colours were much stronger / brighter than they appeared on the website. I did not try them as I wanted to return them for a refund as guaranteed on the website. I was offered a 30% refund which was not satisfactory. When reminded of their “ money back guarantee” I was told the money would be refunded......I’m still waiting!”
