HOWEVER, I called to find out which of the colors were most complementary for warm, yellow based skin colors. I never did get a successful answer to my questions, and the last query got no response at all. Because of this, I was not able to order on the sale. I have an autumn complexion. The answer I received was a general one, but did not tell me which of the Prime colors fell into those categories. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. I even asked if there was a phone number I could call. NO response to that email!”
