“This lipstick is very comfortable to wear and is easy to apply with amazing stability/staying power. Unfortunately the colour for me was very disappointing. I first bought Razz my berries which looked like my perfect shade online but in reality is much brighter and looks nearer to the Koolaid shade. When I contacted you about this you immediately offered me another product to replace it. I ordered Mocha stain which arrived quickly but again was nothing like the picture online being a dark red instead of the brownish/nude I expected. However I have given you four stars for your excellent customer service.”
