“This is a fabulous eyeliner . It goes on easily and no smudging. I have tried so many in the past and always end up with panda eyes ! I will definitely be sticking with this one .”
“It glides on, just as it says on the site. However, it does not stay on any better than other less expensive brands. And, worse, it transfers to the upper lid. I guess because it’s softer than other brands and therefore, comes off or transfers easier. I was disappointed.”
