“I loved the first one as it flowed on so smoothly, the best I’ve ever used …but the winder became wobbly… and you kindly replaced it for me. Unfortunately the pencil in the the second one is hard and very difficult to apply. I hoped warm weather may soften it but no luck so I don’t use it.
It seems strange that it was so different to the first.”
