“I like the product when I ordered I ordered smoky and I got Kohl In. I had sent an email saying that I didn’t order that color that I had ordered. Smoky so I did get smoky later on. And I don’t know if I’ve been charged for both of them because the first one was never mentioned. I do like the liner pencil, but I’m still disappointed with the mess up and nobody straightened it out.”
