“I like this eyeliner and it goes on well. The only reason I didn’t give 5 starts is because they say it lasts all day, mine is usually gone by lunchtime and needs doing again, I apply it just below my bottom lashes. I don’t think I’ve got watery eyes, but maybe I have.”
