“I used this eyeliner as an eyeliner on my lower lash line. It went on easily and looked fine. Somehow during the course of the day, I would end up with dark smudges in my under eye area. I don't even know where this would come from because the eyeliner was still in place.
I will probably stay with my liquid eyeliner since there is no smudging and always looks consistent.”
