“I was quite cynical looking at the claims about this eyeliner but after reading lots of reviews, decided to give it a go. This is the first and only eyeliner I have used that goes on easily across the 'saggy skin' that is my eyelids and stays there! I am a total convert, will now buy nothing else and will also try the mascara next time”
