“Thought I had already given a five star review and would give it 10 if I could. And here is why ::: my hands shake when I’m putting on any kind of eyeliner; more often than not, the line looks a pyramid. Lol
Anyway, this formula is very good , creamy & long wearing.
It’s easy to smudge and you can use his little or as much as you want . I start out with a little & go from there . Smudging is key. Personally, I think that’s the most important part of the application.
