“I bought this eyeliner hoping it would do what the advertisement says and to my disappointment, it doesn't stay on my eyes for long. Maybe 5 minutes and then it starts fading away. I was hoping this eyeliner wasn't like all the others I've bought but it is so it's not worth the money, which is pretty expensive. So I'm not happy I spent all that money for an eyeliner that's just like the others.”
