“I liked the way it went on but could never get a tip on it so it was way too thick, tried to put point on it and the entire thing broke off all the eyeliner, no more in the thing.”

“Goes on smooth-still get raccoon eyes. Can’t seem to find an eyeliner that doesn’t drip under my eyes. I use on lower lid.”
