“This PrimeEyes Eyeliner is the BEST eyeliner I have ever used! It goes on easily --- it really does GLIDE on and remains for hours and hours without smudging. The "softness" is in both look and feel. I wish I'd known about this Eyeliner years ago! I don't know why it's intended/marketed for "Senior" women, I believe that it would be Happily Embraced by folks of all ages!”
