“While this eyeliner is “touted as the best ever” not so much, in my opinion. When a new product is released with “raving reviews “ it make one wonder who are the people writing the reviews! I found it messy and gloppy. I do not recommend. It was a total disappointment and waste of my time. Trying to return the item was difficult to get the company to stand by their guarantee. They will not offer you a refund, just an exchange. I had to push to get my money back per their policy. I love their mascara and the fact they represent cancer survivors. I am a survivor! But, really. Step up to the plate and honor your policy.”
“My first order I loved. Did everything the description showed For some reason the last 2 I try to apply & the color didn’t transfer I can go over the same area multiple times & I get nothing. Wondering if the “crayon” part fell out & I’m left with the part that it adheres to?? This happened to my last one & you graciously sent a new one. I can’t figure out why the last 2 only have been the problem I would liked to have had to send this without publishing but it’s the only option sorry”
“I ordered this a month ago, received it in a timely fashion. Tried it, and was very disappointed. Texted the company who promptly said they would send me a new one which they did and it still did not go on smooth it still pulled and tugged, and was chalky. I really wanted to like it but truth be told I was disappointed”
