“The mascara is excellent. The eyeliner doesn’t stay on my eyelids or under eyes. I keep reading comments that the eyeliner does stay on well. Perhaps I’m putting it on wrong. Perhaps my upper eyelids because I put cream on them just can’t hold the eyeliner. Advice would be appreciated.”
