“Love this eyeliner. Do smooth and doesn’t smudge. Love the mascara. W was blessed with long nice eyelashes and only one other brand even compares to primeprometics as far as lengthening and thickening and being gentle. Definitely will continue to use and also will order the other eyeliner colors!!! Glad I tried these!!!”
