wish that I had purchased saphire instead of Kohl. The Kohl is a little dark fior me but I am learning to apply it more lightly,”
“The mascara tends to coat the lashes and does not flake as much as some brands do. It is advertised as lash lengthening rather than volumizing, which is why I bought it. I do not want a mascara that clots, clumps or flakes, and volumizing mascaras often do these things.
This mascara lengthens, but it is not entirely clot-free or clump-free. It does not necessarily coat each lash individually.
I learned to augment the length of the lashes by first applying another brand of lash lengthening mascara which lengthens well, but which flakes abominably. I then apply a coat of Prime Prometics mascara which seals the first lash lengthening mascara and prevents the first coat from flaking. If I apply too much Prime Prometics mascara, it will eventually clump, but it rarely flakes.
Avoiding mascara flaking is my prime objective. Lash lengthening without any clumping is my second objective. Thus far, I have achieved about 70% of my mascara objectives.
I am still looking for that perfect lash lengthening, non-flaking mascara. In the meantime, I will
enjoy using this mascara as an antidote to flaking. I tried it in black and blue; I intend to give the brown mascara to my daughter as I await her assessment.”
