“Excellent customer service. Orignally I purchased this product in the taupe shade, it didn't work for me at all.
I contact customer service and was helped promptly. I asked to exchange the product for the deep brown. My request was processed and I didn't even have to repackage and return the taupe color, that totally blew me away, it is not often that you find a seller who doesn't request the original item be returned in the process of an exchange. I received the dark brown brow day before yesterday and they also included a pigment wand! What a lovely surprise, no return needed and an added gift. Now that is over the top customer service. I have used the brow product just once so far but I think I'm going to like it.”
