“I am very hopeful that this will work when applying the color it comes out a little clumpy and it’s very hard to smooth out on the eyebrow also when using the serum it doesn’t stay on the applicator and when applying to the eyebrow it drips from the wind itself but if it fills in the eyebrows it’s OK”
