“You were kind enough to send a replacement for the brow wand but unfortunately the second one is also dry and when I am able to get some pigment onto the wand it is clumping and even trying the brush doesn’t help. I am sorry that it didn’t work out and was a costly mistake. Perhaps being sent in the mail in the heat affected it but I am unable to use it.”
“I did not like the brow mouse. It is very dry and too brown for my gray hair. With that said I do think the gel is helping to grow more brow hair. I am hoping that my brows will continue to grow. I will order again for the growth serum.”
“the tint brush goes on sparingly giving natural coverage. If you accidentally lay it on a bit too heavy, you can thin the coverage with a fine q-tip without smudging (which darkens further) or removing the tint all together - as in the case with other brands.”
