“So far, I like the spooly and eye brow tint. It is very easy to use and the results are nice. I only wish that there was a lighter color available as the taupe is a little dark for my lighter tones. I’ve just started using the serum. It is very easy to apply, just too soon to see any results yet.”
“I have requested over 10 emails for instructions how to sue this product and it still have not received any instructions that makes sense no pictures how to use or video example they describe something as bottle that is not a bottle but a tube and a sponge applicator as brush I have requested a refund”
“I have dark blond brows and since the only options for the Prime Brow Complete are black and Taupe, I purchased the Taupe assuming it would be light enough for my dark blond brows. Unfortunately, the taupe Prime Brow complete was too dark for my dark blond brows! Customer service quickly replaced this item with a different item of my choice. I really wanted to like the Prime Brow complete and do wish it was available in lighter colors.”
