“I purchased two mascaras however upon using one I realized I had an issue with it and called your customer service to return them. One was not even opened. I was told by them that you were not accepting returns and they offered me 30% of the $50 I spent. I sent numerous emails emails saying that your advertisement said you gave 100% satisfaction and refunds. It took a while for them to return my emails But finally told me they were going to credit me. It's been days and nothing has shown up and no one has returned my emails requesting the status of the credit. To be honest I have never given a bad review on a product but but being ignored in emails is very frustrating.”
