I didn’t realize until I went to open the second one, the mistake. When I reached out to customer service, they were unable to locate my order without my order number, which I no longer had. I’ve reached out twice explaining that. Why wouldn’t they be able to find my info with my name and email? I would be hesitant to order again.”
