“I bought a new built house three years ago and in this period both toilet seats cracked within the same time frame (with in three years)so it is a bit disappointing.I gave two stars is because I like the soft hinge close and the size but I am uncertain about its durability. As both toilets are used by two people only and having both toilet seats crack with in two weeks of each other shows that they dont have a good life span.”
