“I ordered the Pippeta classic LED breast pump but ordered the wrong flange (I wanted to see if I needed a bigger one than those that come with the pump).
I immediately emailed customer service who sent me the correct one at no extra cost and a return label for the one I wrongly ordered as my order had already dispatched.
In the end, I did not need the bigger flange, as the one that came with the pump was perfect, so I sent both back.
From start to finish, the service was great and I cannot fault it.
My pump arrived within a couple of days of ordering and I have been using it ever since, with no issue at all. I love the different settings and the fact that it can be used as a single or dual pump.

“When I have the pump as the dual version I don’t feel like it empties my breasts, even though I have it on an acceptable setting and I work through the modes. Compared to a cheap single hands free one I bought. Also, the seal has knocked off a couple of times and I have lost all of my milk down me. I am very disappointed in these.”
