“Best money spent during pregnancy! My little man is a brilliant eater on the breast, however sometimes too good and he makes me sore. When I feel sore I start to mix with bottle feeding - this however became a stressful mission trying to find time and hands to manually pump as did not have the cash to buy electric pumps and the likes of Elvie pumps!! I then saw Pippeta online, was slightly dubious as it was very affordable and thought must be some catch.....after reading reviews and a stressful day I took the plunge and purchased! Next day it arrived and I couldn't be happier. So simple to use and look after, couldn't believe the milk I was pumping and all while doing the washing and even more recently while working out! I love using the pump and if anything I am contemplating a second one to double up! Brilliant website, local North East company, lovely product and all round super happy customer!!! Thank YOU!!!!”
“I bought an Elvie upon my return to work after my first son in 2019. It did the job, ish. I was able to sit at my desk and pump when needed. However I didn't find it that effective. Slowly over time the amount I was able to pump became less and less, to the point that I was pleased when my son reached his first birthday and could have other milk at nursery (he still breastfeeds even now when hes with me) flash forward to 2021. My second son starts nursery in September. Between my first and my second we moved house and I lost the Elvie...I resented the idea of paying another £250 for something that was just ok...for efficiency I preferred my manual pump. I looked online and saw that Pippeta had released theirs for only 50 quid. Is it as quiet as the Elvie? yes and no. The motor on the Elvie was quieter, but the valve is at the top of the bottle, so you can still hear the milk trickle into the bottle....unnerved my work colleagues somewhat... the pippeta pump has thought about this, and put the valve closer to the side of the bottle, so you don't get that trickle. In terms of efficiency, the Pippeta is infinitely better, I would say it is comparable to my manual in terms of efficiency. No you cant hook it up to a funky app on your phone, but the Elvie app never worked anyway. Yes it has a massive square on top, but one massive nork with robo-flashing light-up nipple isn't that subtle either. Hands down would recommend a Pippeta to anyone looking for a hands free pump!”
“Love this pump! I can actually read a book now whilst pumping! Don’t know why it took me so long to get a hands free one, it has named my life so much easier.”
“I was sceptical because of the low price but so far it’s brilliant- pumps just as much as my double electric one & got the dishes cleaned instead of sitting on the bed!”
“Fast delivery, easy assemble, great suction and no more endless tubes. My previous pump would leave milk in my breast after 10 minutes of pumping. Pipetta drained my breast in that time. Also great having my hands free and being able to walk while pumping. Graded lines to the side or bottom of the cup allow measuring the volume of expressed milk, handy. Great investment.”
