“I love the pumps, having first bought one back in 2022. I ordered new pumps in July 2024 when my second premature son arrived. The design and usage is good. However in the first 4 weeks I have had to replace 2 parts per pump - and one motor broke completely. Customer service were good at arranging a replacement pump, but the turn around isn’t quick. I have been left without one pump for almost a week, which is just too long when you rely on pumping on the go.
I’m finding the pumps are not built to support exclusive pumping well (pumping more than 3-4 times a day). I expect to replace parts. But not so quickly. Overall it’s the only downside. One to note is you are a neonatal parent relying heavily on pumping.”
“Great product. I have tried Madela and tommee tippie and I may be one of the odd ones that didn't get on well with them, but with pippeta I have pumped more in a 20 mins period than I ever have. I also like that it's hands free.
The only issue I have with it is that when you finish pumping and remove it, it more than often leaks a little and also its too bulky to use whilst feeding. I now regret not spending that little extra to get the compact one.”
