“We played almost exclusively indoor with these balls, however, whether it was a poor production run, or a change in manufacturing process, but the splitting became regular and numerous over a three order run. So, we've moved to another brand.”
“I have played with many Pickleball types, some cheapies from Temu, some expensive types from specialist outlets and even tried the competition type balls, 40 hole! I have made my mind up that the best ball for games, especially when playing with beginners and improvers, are balls that give all-concerned the best value and rallies for us all to have fun and participate in rallies. Forget the harder 40 -ball championship/competition balls, go for these white Jugs and enjoy the game and SMILE! On our leisure centre (Ripley) in Derbyshire the white coloured balls are the best especially when the background can sometimes obscure other coloured balls.”
“I would tell my friends to avoid buying these balls. They came in a non descript, very oversize box. No packing, just rattling around loose and no branding, except imprinted on the balls, to show what was enclosed. The balls themselves are non spherical and have a ridge around the centre where the two halves are badly misaligned. This means they are liable to hit this on bouncing and shoot off at unpredictable angles.
Given the poor packaging and the shoddy quality I can only assume they have been scooped up from a reject bin.
With the added cost of paying to return, and a probable rejection of a refund, its not worth throwing good money after bad. I have fed back to Pickle Ball shop but these are obviously the manufacturers fault so not their problem.
Lesson learned, buyer beware.
I will only use these balls to warm up before using a proper ball.”
