“Started using these as a way to help with my return to exercise after a long time out over a decade. Found that I just didn't have the energy to push a little harder. since starting the performance lab Whole-Food Multi i feel that i have the energy to work out that little better the increase in vit B giving that extra boost required. its a long journey but hopefully i can do it with a bit of juice from performance labs Whole-Food Multi. we will see.
Its a bit pricey but if it continues to work, small sacrifices”
