James this is fantastic to hear! In terms of the hunger - when our micronutrient needs are fully met, our body tends to send fewer 'eat now' signals. It makes sense doesn't it! So logical but so often overlooked. In terms of your energy and sleep, B vitamins, zinc and magnesium are the main heroes here. We can't pinpoint the change in hair tone though! This is a new one for us. Key micronutrients do support normal hair function and pigmentation though.
