I've only been going for half the recommended dose because it makes my stomach hurt so bad on the full dose expecially when on an empty stomach.”
“Ok, this is not a caffeine high. So don’t expect to get a high powered jump start that fizzles after an hour. In my personal use I have experience a general well being in regards to energy. Since taking it I have felt great during my exercise routines. I am happy with the results and will purchase a 4 month supply. Only complaint is it’s price. A bit on the high side but I guess you pay for what you get.”
