“Just a sheet of leather, good quality leather, but thats all you get. I asked for the insert with lined paper for notes and I got blank paper so I replaced with Moleskin insert.”

“I ordered olive green pocket size TN, but a red one made it to me. I contacted them in Instagram. While the response in Instagram was prompt, they were the middle person, transferring my issue to the US office (as I was told), the office responsible for the US only sent me an email more than a week later. They did say they will send me the right color, but also asked me to mail them the red one (my least favorite thing to happen because that is added time and trip to my local post office that is kind of far away in a very busy period for me!! Kind of frustrating).”
