“Buying my first (Tri) wetsuit and getting the right size (despite using the size guide) proved to be a bit of trial and error. Oz Backcountry were great in that they sent me 2 sizes to try (one on the ""larger"" size) - however given I am no longer that lean I needed another size up again! Oz sent that to me and I returned the 2 wetsuits previously sent to me. The returns were prepaid, processed and creditted to me within a few days. Great to deal with - I cannot fault the process! cheers”
