Allowing me plenty of room to move around without rolling off the mat during the night. “I have used this amazing sleeping pad for a two night hike. It was easy to inflate, very comfy to sleep on, I did not get cold from the mat and best of all it did not squeak or actually make any noise as I tossed and turned throughout the night. My regret and this is my mistake not the mat is that I did not measure how wide I am when lying down and blindly purchased the “regular” not realising how narrow 51cm is. I did not roll off the mat during the night but before making the decision on size consider how narrow 51cm is and if you would be more comfortable with a width of 64cm for a little bit more weight”

“Love Nemo mats, and this one covers met in all conditions. Obviously you can go lighter, and I do have a couple of the lighter models with lower R values, but I find these cover all circumstances for only a fraction more weight. Would recommend.
