“Finally got to use the tent on the six foot track, blue mountains.
Going from an ultra lightweight 1 man (terra nova laser) to something more spacious to fit in my other half and we were both extremely pleased.
The tent has a superb design, fool proof and speedy to set up. Very sturdy once assembled, especially for how lightweight. In fact, it feels not too dissimilar to a spaceship!
Most importantly, the increase in space was just ridiculous. Like moving into a barn after living in an old bath tub. Much appreciated. Generous sleeping space and ample bag storage. (With two doors)
I think they’ve really found a great balance in this tent, optimising space, weight and functionality to the nth degree. All the little pockets, door clips, peg ropes, it feels like that Christmas present game where each wrapping paper layer has a gift. Except it was designed by the worlds greatest scientists in top secret bunker.
Interested to know how it would fair in stronger winds and colder conditions. Feels like it would have no problems with either.
