“This a great recovery drink. Mixes well, tastes good with no powdery after taste. This is my go too on heavy training days as a post speed session/ long run/gym day drink for fast recovery and to get some extra protein in. Great value as well.”
“So disappointed with the taste of this product. I love all other OTE products but this was truely disgusting when made with water alone. Mixed with milk it’s slightly palatable. Definitely not recommended ☹️”
