“Having tried a few gels, was recommended this by my coach. Took it for a couple of long runs (18 miles+) and loved the taste and it was easy on my stomach. Tasted better, wasn't too sugary, thick (allowed me to chew a bit), tasted nice and the best part was, was able to open the gel without a fuss. Overall, a happy customer !!!”
