“Fab gel for max carb intake on runs. Very sticky/sweet (don't get it on your fingers!), but the tropical flavour is tasty. No stomach issues with it either.”

“I have had gels before, but this was recommended to me along with super carbs performance energy drink. I went for a 1.5 hr mtb ride. Set off really not feeling great after a sore throat and cough over a week or so. Half way round I threw the gel down me not expecting much, but it really helped, energy boost and not struggling as I normally do on that loop. Will have to do it a few more times to prove it wasn't placebo but the way I had been feeling I believe it will be my go to. Great flavour too and not hard to digest or sitting in the stomach like some do.”
