“Easy to use (although sticky - but that can’t be avoided really) and tastes really good. So much nicer than using only gels on a long and/or hot ride or run. Used successfully for duathlon, triathlon and long marathon training runs to supplement/ replace gels.”
“Would give 5 stars, the only downfall is that the powder doesn't dissolve all the way, unless you shake the life out of it for a good few minutes, otherwise, I highly recommed this product, it tastes great, not too sweet and it works wnders!”
