“Nice flavour ( personally I like the pineapple ) not over powering and easy on stomach. Started to use pre MTB ride ( as suggested and most of you do it already ♂️) and I feel better for it. Usually struggle like mad for first half hour but this along with SUPER CARB. during ride then followed by Soya Protein is perfect”
