“I find them good for training and racing I been doing some virtual races lately and I find they keep you going. I did have a bad delivery with my last order the Hermes person decided to throw my parcel over a 6 foot gate splitting one of gels all the others were a bit sticky I did tell Hermes survey that it could lose OTE customers if their doing this to customers parcels”

“Always having a preference for real food over "manufactured or Synthetic foods" there are times when a gel is a necessary option. Having tried various brands over the years of Ultra Running, IRONMAN and now focused on the bike OTE gels are by far the option I turn too. Easy to open even under intense situations, easy to consume, taste great (not too sweet) and above all else easy to digest and process. In comparison other manufacturers their gels are thick often leaving you gasping for air whilst leaving a raw sweet and sickly taste in the mouth and throat forcing you to grab for a bottle and breath! A great product well thought out and tested and no ill effects on either immediate consumption or longer term on the guts (I'm sure we've all experienced the bounce effect).”
