“I personally didn’t like the flavour of the apple. The blackcurrant is just the right amount of sweetness without being sickly. I have IBS and these gels are fine for me. I found the small tear good for the run so you can sip the gel. The bike was a little more awkward as the big tear was too big a gap and some of the gel went everywhere but the small tear is too small. It’s all manageable if you don’t tear the strip fully open which isn’t always easy in a rush in the bike! Great product though and my go to gel having tried several other ones.”
