“The caffeine gel is okay but unfortunately the packaging is manufactured all wrong for putting in your mouth and taking a sip or gulp . The edges are very sharp and cut into the inside of your lips and gums . After 2 gels my mouth was sore with sctatches from the wrapper edges. The Super Gel wrappers however are made in one round tube type wrapper and therefore have no edges .”
