“Really good intro into OTE. Used the DUO and gel to fuel a 30km run, easy to get down and taste good. The duo has a good consistency to get something solid in but not so dense that it’s hard to chew.
Post run the protein powder went really well blended with a banana. Very natural, cocoa taste that I liked.”

The energy and protein bars have been nice to try, rather than just having a "flapjack" bar. The Zesty Jaffa bar was really nice, and I would buy this again.”
“although not too keen on the Choc Protien Recovery Drink (not a chocolate fan mind) or the orange energy drink the rest of the taster pack is quite nice and a good value for money if your just starting out on the energy suppliment / sporting nutrition route, and want a sampler or two - The Blackcurrent Hydro Tabs are "Mint" !”
