“I ordered this product to ease itchiness caused by acute Urticaria. I have been using the product on and off in the past but gave 3 stars because of malfunction of packaging. The top of the pump just got stuck and stopped working. I unscrewed the top and put it back again but after more than a couple of times it stuck again, I just gave up. This is supposed to be used for very sensitive skin so opening up the top before each use must have a negative effect on the content. I would look for an alternative since with such a poor packaging, it doesn't justify the price.”
