“This mascara didn't cause any problems with my eyes like high-street brands do. It was easy to apply, although I was hoping for a bolder look...it is quite a natural daytime effect. It did flake slightly. Also, a little difficult to remove, but I only normally use warm water. I would recommend and buy this mascara again.”
“I stopped using this mascara last year due to issues with the packaging. The black lacquer was flaking off all over my makeup bag after just 8 weeks. However I’ve tried other mascaras some of which were half the price again and they haven’t been great at all. I have fine eyelashes so need volumising without clumping. Using this again has reminded me why I enjoyed using it originally. It really does volumise and lengthen in a way that has impact but is rather more natural and flattering than some brands and obviously doesn’t contain dodgy ingredients. I would recommend to friends for sure although with a warning about the potential packaging issue. Previously Lily Lolo were “surprised” and said they had never had other problems but there are various complaints to be found on all different websites about this so I find that hard to believe which put me off them as a brand for a good while. Onlynaturals were great though in communications with me. Will be at the ready with washi tape if the same issue occurs again.”
