“I have bought Giovanni 'repairing shampoo for damaged, over-processed hair' and a conditioner from the same series. I am deeply disappointed as I had high hopes for the products. Instead, my hair was stripped from it's natural oil completely, making it way more dry than it was before first use of the shampoo. I kept finding my hair on the pillow (never happened before) and all around my room. I developed severe dandruff and my scalp is red and dry. While lathering the product into my hair, the smell of the shampoo turned into chemical, hair dye like and that is not what I expected from a product 'infused with natural botanical ingredients'.”
