“The "Wetzlar 2" could be improved by making the top of the bag more resistant to water invasion.
If I lived in London or Vancouver, I would never carry this bag because it often rains there several times a day. Similarly, if I were travelling, I would never take this bag for fear that it could rain.
A more thoughtful approach to safegaurding against water invasion would be appreciated.”
Thank you very much for your valuable feedback! We will of course take the bag back free of charge if you are not happy with it. The Wetzlar 2 is made of vegetable tanned leather and robust Cordura. These materials are inherently water-repellent. “Ears” have been worked into the inside of the bag on the left and right to keep water out. The bag can easily withstand a rain shower or two. Of course, the bag is not 100% waterproof and does not boast this feature. As a fine leather bag, this is not the aim. The bag is a fashionable & practical accessory for your camera, which covers all eventualities in normal everyday use and will last a lifetime.
