“Bag is excellent however, for me the strap is too complicated and bulky. It would be better to provide two straps one for waist use and one for sling/shoulder. This could be best achieved by having a second clip on the opposite side to the existing one on the bag and end connectors on each end of each strap.”

Regarding the slightly stiff zipper: this can happen when the bag is empty or only lightly packed. The sharp angle of the lid causes tension on the wide metal zipper, making it feel less smooth. With regular use and normal filling, the opening and closing will become much easier.
