“I have been a dedicated customer since the early 1990s. Your customer service has always been outstanding and the care in packaging stellar. My orders arrived well-packed in sturdy mailers with bubble wrap and were received in superb condition.
However, something changed in 2023. Since then I have received multiple orders that have arrived with bent or warped album covers. The corners are often dented and the sleeves creased or bent around the vinyl.
The packaging is noticeably thinner than before, and lacks bubble wrap or any extra cardboard buffering.
I contacted customer service to ask if I could receive replacement album sleeves and was informed that Nuclear Blast was not responsible for damages which occur during transport (even after providing photos of the packaging and album covers).
